Charlie and Marj founded Combine World in 1986. Over the last 25 years they have seen their business grow and adapt based on the needs of their customers. Farming has always been an important part of their lives, and their understanding of the ag business leads Combine World to offer its customers the best service possible. Charlie and Marj have chosen their staff based on their exceptional qualities and their dedication to the industry.

Hartmut (Julio) Niessen

Hartmut (Julio) joined our team in 2000. He started as a Parts Technician with limited English and has become one of the key people in the organization. His main responsibilities are parts sales, purchasing and inventory control. He is fluent in English, High and Low German and Spanish which enables him to communicate and sell to our export customers. Julio's knowledge and energy is a driving force at Combine World.

Coleman Murch

Coleman has been with Combine World since 2004. He was hired as an accountant (B. Admin 2003) and has assumed the role of Parts Salesperson/Controller. His farm background and university education bring a unique mix of practical experience and knowledge of the numbers which make him a significant asset to our organization.

Jodie Smith

Jodie has been raised in the farming and ag business sectors and her knowledge and experience show this. She joined Combine World in 2007 in the parts and equipment sales deparment. She is also working on a degree in agribusiness. Her knowledge, attitude and drive make her a perfect fit at Combine World.

Albert Bagtindon

Albert and his family moved to Canada from the Philippines in September of 2009. He works at Combine World as a heavy duty mechanic and does a great job of anything he is asked to do, whether it is pulling parts, repairing machinery, or servicing our vehicles. The Combine World team appreciates Albert's pleasant attitude and hard work.

Jeric (Jerry) Mendoza

Jeric and his family joined us from the Philippines in October, 2009. Combine World is lucky to have him as a parts salesperson. His previous experience in a lean organization is extremely useful and he quickly rooted himself as our Lean Leader, helping Combine World to continuously improve our processes.

Bhavika Pusekar

Bhavika joined Combine World in December of 2010 as our controller/acountant. Bhavika brings a M.Comm.(2005)  to our organization, and we put her skills to work day after day. Her pleasant disposition and attention to detail make her a great addition to our team.

Eric Smith

Eric joined Combine World in August 2009. He is specializing in welding, but does anything that needs to be done and has the ability to do almost anything. We really appreciate his good work.

Ernesto (Ernie) Colopano

Ernest joined the Combine World team in July of 2009. He is an excellent mechanic, hard working, and eager to please which make him a perfect match for Combine World.

Wilf Kary

Wilf has been with Combine World for years. He does anything that needs to be done and is very eager to please, so he is a very valuable asset to Combine World.

Isagani (Gani) Fabi

Gani joined CWI in the spring of 2009 and is quickly becoming a first-class member of our organization. He and his family moved from the Philippines to become a permanent part of Team Combine World. Our customers, Combine World, and Canada are fortunate to have him here.
